Important Note:
For SUBMIT_SM operations, the Gateway will accept supported character sets and will map/translate the characters to GSM 03.38 charset. Unmapped characters will appear as ‘?’.
For DELIVER_SM operations, the Gateway will send out short messages in GSM 03.38 charset.
Binary messaging is currently not supported.
